I've never been a super spiritual person but when the opportunity came up to do a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session with Kay I thought why not. I can honestly say with my whole heart that this session changed my life. The moment I walked through the door Kay greeted me with such kindness and warmth that I felt right at home. I had my first session with Kay using the QHHT. It was amazing to say the least. Firstly we sat down and discussed anything relevant, Kay is so open and makes your feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. We then started the meditation, Kay makes falling into a deep state of relaxation so easy. I often struggle to do so, however, 5 minutes of deep meditation with Kays soothing voice was enough to get into the right state for the session. I was lead through the questions which take you on a journey inward which revealed many relevant and important aspects of my life which needed attention. The best part is Kay puts all the power back in your hands to discover yourself, which is unlike any type of therapy I’ve experienced. After the session was over the couple of hours felt like 10 minutes. You get a recording afterwards which you can listen to that helps deepen your findings. I can’t wait for my next session

I had a regression with Kay almost a week ago. I enjoyed the time I spent with Kay prior to the regression. Kay is a fun, dynamic and sparkly person who cares and connects deeply with the person she is talking to. My regression experience was relaxing and very comfortable. In early December 2021 i had a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session with Kay. I found this very, very deeply relaxing. The session went for over 3hrs but felt like 30mins. This was a quality session where i got to dig deep into the areas of my life that are important to me. I got to listen to and explore my sub conscious. The sub conscious knows everything. I discovered past lives. Some very interesting and some that need further investigation. I look forward to catching up with Kay again in the New Year. In January 2022, I had a QHHT session with Kay. I had never experienced hypnosis before but the moment I walked into the studio I felt comfortable about exploring a new healing technique as Kay was warm and welcoming. During the session, she provided a comfortable energy and space that allowed me release blockages and explore healing opportunities without judgement, only reassurance. I really enjoyed my first qhht session. It was held in such a calm and relaxed setting. Kay is has such a soothing tone that I was able to really connect and tune into the session on a deep vibrational level. I had a Past Life Regression session a 10 days ago now with Kay.     I really had no idea of what to expect from this session being my initial introduction to a Past Life experience. Alway it  had intrigued me!  Kay had asked me to have a list of questions I would like to cover.  My questions were related to family, health issues  and also to do with finding out what is  my purpose?  Kay explained - my soul already know the answers!!   Kay spent the first hour just chatting and asking me to explain my questions I had written down.  All very calming and relaxed atmosphere.  The session was explained to me as being very similar to being in Meditation and given I had meditated to a degree for a number of years.  I could do that!    The Past Life Regression then began and I was just to relax, lie down and be comfortable and just  listen to the questions being asked and to respond with the first thing that came to me without thinking.   I certainly would recommend others to have the experience to clear energies which hold us back.  I felt very supported during the whole time.   I am to relisten to the recording to hear things I will, may not remember from the session.  That has been interesting also. Wow, what an amazing experience  I really loved my session with Kay & got so much out of it.  I had previously done a different kind of hypnotherapy & had not been completely under in it & knew I was directing it at times. I felt no real effects from it afterwards & left the session disappointed - with myself.  The session with Kay was a totally different experience.  It was easy to follow Kay’s gentle, calm voice & go on the interesting, wonderful journey.  I went into several past lives & learned so much about myself. My higher self answered the questions with ease & truth.  Listening to the recording later I was shocked to hear the loud power tool noises from my neighbours - I hadn’t heard it at all!!! I would like to say that my session with Kay at Quantum Healing Hearts Therapy was just incredible. I felt so comfortable and relaxed in this beautiful, creative space. During the soul life exchange it was as if I was an observer of a conversation going on between Kay and another person. I was there, but wondering where it was all coming from.
